Brakes

Hi folks. I'm finally getting to work on my 92 Daytona iroc Rt. Currently sifting through rockauto.com in search of new brakes. I need pads/rotors/calipers all around. Are the RT brakes different from the other Daytonas with 16" wheels? They mostly list either fitting cars with 14s, or 15s and 16s

Re: Brakes

I think these are your rotors....MOPAR 4383973 from Rockauto...
at this price plus shipping it is still a great deal for an oem Mopar part. I bought a spare pair for my '90 VNT Lebaron.

Re: Brakes

Be sure you get rear pads with the proper anti-rattle clip, even 25 years after the TSB was released some aftermarket manufactures still Do Not use the revised anti-rattle clip.

If you do not use the proper pad you will have a loud clunk coming from the rear everytime you go over any little bump in the road.

I spent 5 years from when the car was new to 1995 looking for that noise and was not able to locate/correct it until I became a service tech for Jeep and had access to all Chrysler TSB's.
