starting 24 valve build

Hi my little 4bt finally gave up its in a 84 chevy dually with compound turbos hx30 hx40 blew the rings out with 60psi plus a .067 shot of nitrous i have a 24valve cummins vp44 out of a school bus with a allison trans i would like to build a smokey tire burnin mechine like it was befor i want to keep my compound set up except add another secondary turbo 2 hx30s feeding hx40 if not the 40 feeding a hx50 or bigger my concern is the electronics i dont want to run the allison would like to bolt to my nv4500 what would i have to do with the ecm and bellhousing to make it fit and what is the cheapest way to get the most fuel out of the vp44 i am always broke but im always building would like 600 700 horse reliable if pos

Im not sure what modifications are required to swap the trans, but i do know how to get more fuel out of a vp44, not necessarily cheap but a programmer from edge such as the comp or drag comp box and a bd diesel stealth cover together will make the engine fuel harder.
