5 speed swap in a spirit wobble

my spirits od died in my 94 spirit with a 3.0. My son and I swapped in a 5 speed. everything went well but it has a shake in the steering wheel. It shakes with vehicle speed. the faster you go the faster the shake. Car still drives straight. The car sat for about two years waiting on the swap. My van was run off the road and will not be fixed. I had a good 17 years with it. So the car needs finished. The rotors have a little surface rust from sitting but stop well with a smooth pedal. The tires have 40k on them but have not been sitting my son finished his sundance about 8 months ago and have been using my tires until a few weeks ago when we were getting close to driving this. So I don't think its a tire. We have even moved them around with no change. The front mount and trans mount were not old when the od died. But last week I got some mounts coming. So today I replaced the trans mount and passenger mount with new filled mounts. The passenger mount looked fine when it was in the car but when removed it was slit in half. The front mount I replaced with a used polybushings mount I took out of the old van. No change in the steering wheel wobble. we did center the engine last week. It did need to move to the passenger side a little but no change. If you jack the passenger tire off the ground it runs smooth. If you jack the drivers side tire off the ground that side seems to be the issue you can see the engine/trans rock ever so slight. nothing like driving it but not smooth like the passenger side tire jacked up. I had a reman drivers axle here so we swapped that in today. No change at all. When driving it accelerating hard or light doesn't really change it except it goes faster with road speed. So basicly at 25mph it shakes the same it you accellerate easy or hard. The trans we don't know much about. My son bought it and this is the first we have used it. I have had it in all gears and seems quiet with good syncros. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: 5 speed swap in a spirit wobble

Right off the top of my head it still sounds like a mount issue since jacking up a wheel changes the wobble/vibration, I am guessing the engine is not sitting level.
When I replaced my passenger mount the engine sat higher and I had to remove the two factory spacers that were under the factory mount.

Does the inner CV on the driver's side wobble around? I'm wondering if the bushing that keeps the stub shaft straight is worn?

Jacking it up doesn't really change it. I can't get it to shake in the shop like it does on the road. But it shows me the issue is drivers side. But everything I have done has not even changed it even a bit.

Last week I tried shaking both inner stubs and they don't really move what I would think is excessive. With the tire off the ground and it running in gear it does not seem to wobble. I have been wondering if it is something in the trans since I don't know anything about it.
