Re: Fiberides torque spec
Let me start by saying I do not have any specific info for these wheels and could not find any specific info online or on this site.
I am assuming you do not have the owners manual.
Most cars are 90-100 Ft. Lbs. so I would assume your wheels would be in that range.
If the lugs are installed/tightened gradually in the standard criss-cross pattern you should be fine, after all, you do not want the lugs to come loose and the wheel to fall off.
Explain to them what you have and IMO do not allow them to use an impact gun, on and off by hand.
If it were me I would remove the wheels from the car and transport them to the tire shop.
When I had to go for tires I removed the center caps and wheel locks prior to going and when I get home after the wheels cool I re-torque them all myself.
Next time I need tires I am not taking the whole car, I do not need the Flat Rate Techs trying to find things wrong with my car or trying to sell me a wheel alignment.
