One of the community members flowed a stocker, ported stocker and a TBI header flowed and the tbi header out flowed both. Even if they flowed the same per runner the tbi is a better setup as there is no reversion and it's pulsing the exhaust right at the turbo.

FM back in the day did a TBI header swap from a ported stocker, modified a 2.5" swingvalve which aren't pretty, and picked up 40hp.

need a 6" mandrel and a a sandpaper roll to get all the casting flash out of the short side radius after the head.
