Re: rampage/omni interchange

Omni springs should work as well as any L body, hope this is some help.

The only front springs Moog still offers for L-Bodies are CC706 and CC716, you can look up the specs and see which ones are to your liking, but either will work.

Re: rampage/omni interchange

Thanks for the info, now all I got to do is find them. autozone lists springs for the omni but not for the rampage, I could order one, if it don't fit take it back.

Did you look at the Efiche '82 parts catalog?

Springs for all '82 L Bodies are the same (per the catalog) except it depends whether you have AT or MT, with AC or w/o AC.

If you have a MT with AC then find springs for an Omni with MT & AC...

Good luck!

Re: rampage/omni interchange

A quick note: I used omni springs and they work quite well. There is a slight difference in the way they are wound at the top end. These springs lowered the front by a little over 1". a nice result.
