Thanks that's the number's I need. I think my computer has a bad circuit because the fan delay timer relay won't run the fan when the engine is shut down hot. I put on a new relay timer with no results. The fan use to run about 10 minutes at shut down when hot. I can't find any correct schematics for the 84 rampage fan delay timer. I have a mopar schematics on the 84 L body fan relay but it doesn't show the delay relay like on the rampage.

Re: need computer part#

Come to think of it I don't think my fan comes on either on my 5 speed Rampage after shutting off the key. I only noticed the fan running after shutdown on my Rampage with the automatic transmission.

The 5 speed doesn't have A/C. I believe it might be missing the air temperature sensor on the cooling fan shroud that the Rampage with the A/C and automatic transmission has.

You said your fan used to run after shutdown but doesn't now. Are you sure it ran before?

The service manual says the cars that run the fan for 10 minutes after shutdown have the air temperature sensor. Right at this moment I don't remember for sure if my 5 speed has that sensor. But if it doesn't that might mean it isn't supposed to run the fan for those ten minutes.

Up until now I never worried about it because the engine would cool down on its own even with the fan off just like cars did in the old days.

I will look for the sensor and the connector when I feel motivated to do so. But I am not overly concerned about the fan not kicking on after shutdown. I really don't need the fan running down my battery every time I turn the key off.

Re: need computer part#

My rampage has the air sensor on the fan and always ran when the engine was hot at shutdown. Mopar did this to keep car from vapor locking. I ran the fan on my car once just to see how long the battery would last and it surprised me. I ran it almost 3 hrs and the car started right up. The fans must not draw much amps.
