Re: Mexican Exhaust Manifold

Mexico Doesn't Have The EPA Bull Shit That The USA Has So Chrysler Designed A Factory Cast Iron Header For Better Breathing & Torque For The Mexico Built 2.2 & 2.5 N/A Dodge Magnum Which Is The US Version Of The K Car.

Re: Mexican Exhaust Manifold

The exhaust manifold is split into 2 levels, #1 & 4 and # 2 & 3.

The Mexican downpipe continues the split to isolate the 2 pairs.

Chrysler experimented with a similar deal with the slant 6 but never sold it.

It was claimed splitting, then joining them as far back as possible improved midrange torque measurably.

Cool stuff!!

Thanks
Randy
