Re: <<<interior detailing q and a>>>>>>>>>>

Steam clean.

Before that, though, spray on some orange cleaner and let it soak in for 5 minutes or so.

Vaccuum before and after.

If you have good pressure from your garden house, you can use that on the floor mats. Spray with orange cleaner, let it soak 5-10 minutes, hose clean.

scrub with soap and water with a toothbrush and if u have compressed air around it is very helpful to get the soap and water out of the cracks and little places and blow out under your seats with ease. then use some armorall and your set

Re: <<<interior detailing q and a>>>>>>>>>>

I have a quick minor restoration question my black seats my 80 TC3 are very faded. They are cloth and in great shape besides the fading. But is there anything I can do to restore the blackness to them

There are a couple of products out there. I swear by Armorall. It may take a few applications (over a month or so) to get back to like new.

You could try dying them. Wipe on with a damp rag, let set for 20-30 seconds, then wipe off with a clean rag.

There are also several spray-on fabric paints you can use.

In either case, make sure they are vacuumed clean. And then vacuum them twice more.
