My son totaled his racecar last Saturday. Our backup car is a 1991 Dodge Daytona V6 with a 2.5l NA engine installed (he races UMP Sport Compact). We purchased the car "race ready" but I am finding that there are a lot of issues that we will have to fix to get this thing truly "ready".
If I put a turbo on my Dakota, what will I need to do to the computer? If I but a boost control will that be on its own, or will it need to be tied into the factory computer? Same question with air/ fuel ratio controller? I'm thinking of putting a TD04 turbo on my little 2.5 Dakota.
My 1992 Daytona ES 2.5L none turbo auto trans.. Is cutting off while driving an also can be very hard to start.. I looked up code 42 which is ASD .. I have no clue what it would look like an I called napa an advance an they don't carry the relays.. I wouldn't even know where the fuse would be...
