Been a bit since I've been on here but just moved jobs and location. Finally got the turbo Dakota shipped out and already have the engine out to put some more hardware and money into her.

I just removed my 40 over JE pistons and took the rods off to have new bolts...
So im coming up on the order date for a complete engine rebuild, which will include some JE Forged pistons and the works. One of my last questions/ recommendations is whether to go with the FWD performance H-beam rod set or the TU Rods. Both appear to be perfectly fine what what im going for...
I'm trying to sell my crank from my old engine but I don't have the money to buy a puller to remove it. I'm hoping someone on here would want both or be close enough to me to come here and pull it if possible. If so ill take 80 bucks.

Car is an '86 GLHT running on a donor T2 from an '88 Daytona with an A555. Plans are for a fun, reliable summer daily driver. Goals are 235–250 whp.
I have a set of rods for a 2.5L engine.
However I would like to know if they are made for a 89 CB turbo engine.
In one side it is written : 4323958 and on the other side it is written : VFB23 CNMS4C5 or VFA10 MS405
Any idea ?
Donovan's lists the 86+ swirl piston as 14.5cc negative volume, the pre-86 bathtub piston as 9cc.
Anybody know the dish volume for the Wiseco forged turbo piston?
