It looks the same and I know the Jeep uses the 3.8L out of the van, which didn't change much at all for the last 20 years.
I have a 2.5L '89 Daytona ES with a thrown rod. I'm wanting to do an engine swap and trying to figure out what would be best.
Swap a late model DOHC 2.4L (pre-2004) and change out cams and stuff for more power
Swap a 3.3/3.8 pushrod V6 into it.

They were used for about 100 miles. In perfect shape. These are a must have if you are going for some big power. They fit on any Turbo dodge car and plug right into our injector harness with no hassle. Would recommend an AFPR and...

Any help would be much appreciated!

i need help because i want a little more power in my 2.2 H.O. carb which is about 9.6:1 stock.
How much could i mill off the stock head without needing a new timing belt?
And what compression would i be at?
I was thinking .030 would give me somewhere around 10:1 and be fine
