curently running a stock T1 setup with my pistons .020 oversized, and a 2.5 exhaust turbo back. i am using champion plugs stock heat range. they are not running totally white but not the normal lightbrown either should i go with a colder plug?? should i change my timing also right now it is a 10 degr.

a stock T1 setup is fine with RN12YC's. 10deg. of timing is nice and conservative and will help your pistons live. Just make sure you use premium!

If you aren't running over stock boost than just run stock plugs. And there's nothing wrong with 12 degree timing, you could run 14 degree's if you wanted for better fuel economy.
I've run 17 PSI non-intercooled with a stock 2.5L, and 24 PSI intercooled on pump 93 octane with 12 degree timing. No broken pistons. Anyone that tells you to run less than stock timing with the stock amount of boost is just paranoid. All you are doing is hurting your fuel economy.

Like brown is pretty good, a hair rich but on the safer side air/fuel mixture.
