1988 Daytona Z

Well, I bought this car not even a month ago. Ive wanted a TD for so long, once I got the money i bought one. Well I really gotta get my impulse buys under control. I need money and should have never bought another car, so know I'm selling. here we go:
1988 Metalic Blue Shelby Z, 170k
The good:
Picked it up in PA About 4 hours away, it made the trip home non-stop
In the last 2 years:
rebuilt turbo (spools real quick)
Alternator
Distributor
Starter
P/s Pump
Timing belt
Both half shafts
Radiator fan
Just recently: done by me
Plugs and wires
new pcv valve and vac lines
thermostat
upper radiator hose
Everything works
The bad:
Suspension isnt awful but it would need to be replaced in the upcoming year
It has a P/S fluid leak but isnt bad, I put that stop leak in and it seemed to help greatly if not fix the problem
Paint fade and peel on the hood and spoiler isnt bad but there is a rust spot on the hood because of the paint cracking off
Theres a small dent on the driver side back fender theres some rust where the paint was taking off due to the dent. A truck rolled into it very slowly - thats what i was told and I dont doubt it.
Some wear on the drivers seat side support
The drivers door sags when opened i tightened the pin which helped but not completely
