1989 Shelby CSX-VNT #150
107,000 miles
No wide tires or Recaros
Repainted in 2010
Removed side moldings, smoothed and painted front and rear moldings
17" Arospeed Riot Wheels
FWD Performance 2.5" Exhaust
New headlights
HID headlight conversion kit
Added fog lights in front bumper
Tinted Windows
Steering wheel leather recovered and repainted

I purchased this car in 2002 and did a mild restoration then, basically a repaint and new wheels and tires. I had the car in storage and then in 2007 decided to get it out and drive it more. Needless to say within a year it was getting too beat up so I had a good amount of body work done and put it back in storage in 2008 until I could save up some money to get it repainted.

I got it back out in spring of 2010 to get it back together. I had taken apart a good portion of the interior, so I pulled it out and fixed a few minor things: installed a new stereo and speakers, power door locks and cleaned it up. I took the car to be repainted in August and got it back in November. It was then in storage again over the winter and I pulled it back out this spring and put everything back together. Here are some pictures:

Incredible and again, that is an amazing car you have. The work and choice of modifications you made were perfect. This has to be the cleanest and sweetest CSX I have seen, definitely my favorite!

Any plans for some more go fast goodies?
looks fantastic.. nice choice in rims like STLShelbyZ said, very clean!

Thank you, appreciate it. It has been a work in progress and it is finally close to being done.

I am planning on doing a FWD Performance Stage 3 calibration, front and rear cross drilled rotors and pads (already have the front, just haven't gotten around to putting them on) and a Maddog short throw shifter. I am considering going a little more extreme but will probably do that for now.
