Anyone know if replacing the rear hatch glass seal is possible, and if any automotive glass shops do these?

If you're referring to the rubber molding which surrounds the entire perimeter of the glass, then yes. The Mopar part number is 4378698. It uses a plastic connector at the 6 o'clock position (part number 4198929)...but you should be able to re-use the original. Both of these parts are available if you search for them.

Insofar as glass shops, it's been a few years (2011), but I had an unfortunate incident with a softball bat and the rear glass of my 1986 Laser. Bashed the window in a million pieces. Anyway, the local Safelite actually had a used glass (with defrost) in stock. When the dude installed it, he also installed an aftermarket (one-piece) molding, which actually fit and looked quite good until I sold the car in 2017.

Bottom line is I think a good glass guy would have no trouble with this at all. Cheers.
