I have a 1991 Dodge Spriit RT for sale in Virginia

Mileage: 112000 miles

Engine Size: 2.2L


Asking price is $5000



Second owner purchased in Kernersville, NC
No rust. Body in great condition. New Paint, peeling long gone.
New headliner.

Performance Upgrades
Rebuilt head by Terry Walters in Roanoke
o Installed after market valve spring retainers for reduced wear on valve train components
o Port polished intake and cylinder head
o .074 Cometic MLS head gasket
o ARP head stud kit installed
o New lifters
All steel plugs replaced with aluminum plugs
Improved timing belt routing with adjustable cam sprockets for engine centerlining
Magnecor ignition wires
New FWD Performance short block without counterbalance shafts and camshafts
3 in. SS exhaust with high flow catalytic converter and Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow muffler
K&N cold air intake on turbo, not installed over very hot exhaust manifold
Oil cooler
SPEC high performance clutch
Eibach lowering springs with Koni sport strut inserts, KYB mono strut shocks in rear

This engine is ready for performance improvements, recalibrate computer for higher boost with new injectors, performance intercooler and upgraded blow-off valve

Original intake, exhaust and suspension components are available and included to restore to factory stock configurations if desired.

Complete 1991 Chrysler shop manuals included

Do you mean the emergency brake area? The cables back by the rear wheels?
I can get you pictures. This car has never seen salt.

The short block was complete from FWD Performance.

The t-3 rebuilt shortblock is built to handle the horsepower of the might 16v lotus head motor can produce. Clean/check block. Brass freeze plugs, forged Venolia pistons, forged 2.2 crank, sealed power rings, clevite 77 rod and main bearings, and Mahle int. shaft bushings. Rods are shotpeened, tops drilled and ARP rod bolts are installed. ARP main studs added. Core consist of good t-3 block, forged crank and rods.
Purchased yr 2010
No counterbalance shafts on this motor.

Sorry, I thought no one had answered so I didn't check back. The parking brake cable where it enters the floor at the driver's side foot well. It is notorious for rotting at that location.
Also is this a new engine or original engine that was rebuilt?
