For those searching the forums, a pin out diagram for the 3 button chronometer (Clock and Timer) used in the 1st gen Daytona/Lasers and probably other models. More of my mad MS Paint skillz.:dancing:

Any idea how the timer works? I have a 84 Daytona Turbo, with this 3-pin "elapsed time chronometer" and can't get the timer to work. It's not a big deal, I don't really need it, Just wanted to know if it works lol. I figured out how to set the time, but that's about it.
Thanks for the help, sorry if this post sounded dumb.

If the clock moves forward in time then I say the push button switches need to be replaced. If the clock doesn't move ahead then the clock oscillator circuit is toast and the unit is garbage.

You have to source new switches. Then remove the old ones with your choice of desoldering method, and solder in new ones.
