413 to 568, difference in clutch levers

I am changing a 87 lancer from an auto to a 568 5 speed. I learned last nite that the clutch lever arm on the 568 is different than a 555. I am using a clutch cable from a 89 daytona and with the 568 lever on the trans, the cable was too short. Then I examined the 555 lever from a trans I have and it is different. The diff is small but big. The position of the double spline is located at a different point. ANyway, is there anything else about putting a 568 in an Hbody that I need to know? you have to use the 555 cable because the 568 spirit cable is totally different.
