This is the second part of the Quad pack disassembly process.

Step 8:
Push the solenoid back in place again.
This will expose the securing tab you can see on the left.

Now the solenoid is ready to pull all the way out.

And here we have the first solenoid out of the pack.

Here is the next securing tab that must be removed.

First, you need to repeat the same process as the first solenoid.
Once you do that, the second tab and solenoid will slide out.

Repeat the process for the other end of the solenoid pack.

Here's a picture of the individual components below:

Some things I noticed:
In the non-energized mode, all 4 solenoids are open between the center and bottom port.
In all solenoids when not energized the top port was closed.

I will do a resistance check on all 4 solenoids tomorrow.

I might be able to do a check on capacitance and impedance of each coil also.

Update:
I've discovered that the solenoid coils are repairable if the coils themselves aren't burned out, or out of specified range.

Thanks, and now this means that besides being able to clean the metal parts, any bad solenoids can be swapped out without having to trash the whole pack.
