and i found no real awnsers in 70 pages of this thread area
I'm not sure that's what they are called, they mount under the side skirts.
what are the made of ? how are people reproducing them ?
I believe they are designed to help move air to the outside of the car, thus improving handling. Im wanting to make some and try them on the Neon SRT-4.

If you dont have them your out of luck.

No one reproduces them. they were used on the 84,85 and some 86 turboz's and discontinued once Dodge ran out of them in 86 as running change. some early 86's had them. some did not. Most refer to them as ground effects.

They are called air fences. It'd be better to honestly come up with something on your own rather than cutting these things up. They're rare as hell, especially the front one, and straight, not wavy sides!!!
