ASD is integral to the PM on 85-87 and the LM controls the ground side of the relay so you need to verify all power and grounds into the PM/LM and from PM to LM are ok.

Have you manually actuated the ASD and verified there is no voltage on the output circuit?

I removed the interior due to mice and heater box .I found the pump wiring in bad shape replaced wiring new pump also . The fusible link were replaced. I checked voltage at pump plug while cranking no voltage ,if I ground lead on plug I have 9.8vdc . I started checking PM input and output. The 10 pin connector I checked with key on and cranking no voltage to supply side of PM . I saw your above post and will back check for voltage out of computer thanks again
