i have no volts on the bk/wt

no volts on pink

both messured on backside off fusebox
If you have no power in or out of Fuse #28 then you have lost the power feed to the that fuse.

There should be two black pigtails coming from the + battery terminal.
One leads to a group of Fusible Links, the other is only for the White Fusible Link that powers fuse #28 and the Hazard Lights.
The wire off the battery is BK, becomes PK, then the WT Fusible Link, becomes Pk again and runs to the BH Connector Cavity #23 and to the Fuse Box.

Yes, if there is no power at Cavity #23 of the underhood BH connector you will have to work your way back to uncover the problem.

If it were me I would start at the Fusible Link and be sure there is power on both sides of it (going in and coming out)

okay, just noticed that the BH connector popped in under the dash.
it's to dark now to solved that, so tomorrow i fix the problem.
perhaps hazard problem is fixed also.

was a pleasure !
Here is in New Jersey and it is Fall and getting colder and dark earlier which I hate, and yes, 65 degrees Fahrenheit but it has been dropping into the 40's at night.
