getting my 86 glhs ready for paint and looking for tips to remove the rear glass and not destroy the seal. I can't locate a replacement seal at this time. the front glass i'm simply going to cut out. thanks.
The first two pics are from the day I brought it home. Got it for FREE from the original owner due to a failing headgasket. The next few we're from 5yrs later after it had been totally transformed. Makes me sad to think that I ended up parting the car out...
currently do a full restoration on my 86 glhs. the side mirror glass is loose. is there anyway to adust the cables to take up some of the slack? also should there be 2 rubber feet inside the holes of the housing? thanks in advance.
