anyone know what size sway bar I have? Im away from my car and trying to order parts.......

Mine has 1 1/4" front and solid rear, but it ain't stock

Unfortunately you have to measure the bar.

I had my dad measure it real quick when he got home. He said it was 1 inch does that sound right? I know he didn't get under the car and get it perfect.

where do you get a solid rear sway bar. this stock one looks whimpy

Looking at the catalog at Rock Auto sway bar bushings for an 87 New Yorker can range from 7/8" to 1 3/16".

I am not sure on an 87 but my 90 the sway bar bolts to the control arm and the frame.
It is the bar to frame bushings that are the different size.
