If i am unclear of what i mean i am talking about to the little plastic gear thing that goes in right next to where the passenger side cv axle goes in
a-555 swap
I am not sure what to do with my speedo cable do i use my old one or the new one, the new one looks as if it doesn't have that long cable that runs to it.
help please

I thought the new transmission had a different amout of splines?
and i was wondering because the old one runs to this thing(sort of looks like a horn or vac box of some type) that mounts on the battery tray that i was hoping to gert rid of because the old one has a cable and the new one appears to not have one.
