There is only 10 bolts in mine and they are all the same. Am I incorrect in assuming it's an a525 ? It's an 86 Shelby charger. How do I identify which transaxle it is?The book says you need:
(10) M8x1.25x40 (M8 is the size, 1.25 is the thread pitch, and 40 is the length in MM.)
(2) M8x1.25x22 (M8 is the size, 1.25 is the thread pitch, and 22 is the length in MM.)
These are for the end cover that has the rubber fill plug.
Ten of the bolts are 40mm long and two of them are 22mm long.
Check around your cover and see how many there are.
There's supposed to be 12 total.
Bolt size on all is: M8
Thread pitch on all is: 1.25
Bolt length on ten of the bolts is: 40mm
Bolt on the remaining two is: 22mm
