92 daytona 2.5 tbi non turbo. Ported the head, took off the balancing shafts. My question: what headers (if any) should I get? I know mopar made some but I'm having trouble finding any. And what exhaust system should I get to go along with that?

I had that hooker super comp on a 83.5 SC ; as expected from hooker SC line: it's a nice piece.
with a long tube, you will (likely) need to run: poly engine mounts &/or solid bobble strut &/or torque strap to prevent the header collector banging underbody/shifter with engine motion
there were cheaper, shorter headers available too, can't find em now
there are header flanges.
the TBI exhaust manifold is not terrible;
with some porting (and coating?) can flow better and have the many benefits of a cast EM
a 2.5" system from a local muffler shop would flow plenty for that TBI;
or if you have the extra $, a 2.5" mandrel bent system from one of our vendors is nice,
and ready for a turbo upgrade in future
