Sorry if this has been covered, searched and found nothing. Has anyone ever found a way to change the rear bolt pattern on a daytona to 5 on 4-1/2 with JY parts ? The front is easy. What about the back. TIA

hey K how ya been doing ?!!

I've been thinking the same question for a while
the best I came up with so far is changing the plate on the axle the spindles bolt to and using the 89-94 van rear brakes (drum)

I think the van spindles will spread the bolts wide enough they may interfere with the upright braces between the axle and behind the steel mounting plate though I haven't had a chance to measure that yet to be sure

rats
I was gonna say when ya figure it out I'll bring mine over ..lol

though I'll through in the thought if you add your own spindle mount plate you could drill & tap it for multiple spindle locations .. and ride heights .....

I do think someone did this by drilling and tapping a different spindle mount on. If I still had my axle, i would compare them for you.
