The brake booster on my 86 reliant k is so large i cant fit an air cleaner on my turbo, are there any smaller options I can use to alleviate this ?
I'm using a special exhaust manifold that moves the turbo toward the drivers side of the car, finding an air filter small enough to fit in there is next to impossible.

I just tossed a Turbo set up on my 88 reliant it looks like there's more than enough room is yours similar?

as you can see in the pictures there, there aint a lot of room for anything. Disclaimer, I rushed the install to get the car mobile so I didnt spend a lot of time making it pretty.

Do you run AC? if not delete that heater control valve save the space.
Also u can run a 90° elbow to a cone filter for the inlet.

No ac compressor on the mount, would be a hot ride in the summer with valve deleted, but ive done it before.

2 of my Tbi cars were non ac cars and have no issues on the cold setting.
They don't have heater control valves from the factory.
