can I take a turbo II put tbi intake and exhuast manifolds and put it in my 89 tbi baron. I blew my motor and have a extra turbo moter lying around.

yea it'll work just as if you were swaping motors with a N/A...but MAKE SURE YOU PLUG THE OIL DRIAN :thumb: i know its sounds stupid but i'm sure someone would forget that!

It'll work but the car will run poorly.

Computer is expecting a 2.5L TII is a 2.2L
TII 2.2L have like 7.8 compression ratio.

Basically, it'll make your TBI go even slower.

no way is a TII that low in compression

You can shave the head .030" and get it back to about 8.6 CR.
