ok i have been having some problems with my car trying to get it to start. i just put the motor in. it starts then stalls then wont start. its throwing the tps out of range. will that cause my car not to start.
Depends what the TPS is reading.
If the controller see's TPS voltage over 2.50 volts with the key on it assumes the engine is flooded and will not pulse the injectors.
First you have to determine weather the Code 24 is TPS voltage high or TPS voltage low.
You will have to use a digital voltmeter and backprobe the signal and signal return lines at the connector to determine or read the codes with a scanner, that will give you the true code description.
