Doesn't ms help with overboost?
it does have a few options such as electronic boost control and overboost protection via spark and/or fuel cut.

not to mention MS would let you run better fuel and spark tables than the stock computer.

I'm sure the others will chime in, but I'd get the MTX-L from DIY. It's an innovate wideband gauge/sensor combo for the same price as an LC-1 and works the same as an LC-1 as well. Not sure if you need both the RRFPR AND the FMU or if they are essentially the same thing... (I went to MS from the start)

I didn't know about inspecition or not and thanks for everyones help
usually an inspection is to make sure things like your headlights, brake lights and signals work and that your car is in generally decent shape. If the Honda Ricers can get through inspections with god-knows what for mods, a turbo 3.0 should be no problem :)

for low boost you can do with out it. But if you want one they have tons of them on Ebay for dirt cheap! some kits come with the piping too!!
+1, usually around $100 or so for one of the kits with an I/C and piping last I checked...
