I use both (Body Shop Clean-Up) 3M Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner, and Pinnacle Wheel Cleaner.
Both work fantastic.
Don't forget some good brushes.

Top them off with some polish and a paint sealer.

If they are really bad you can have them reconditioned. Precision Wheel Service here in Minneapolis charges $125 a wheel and they always come back flawless!

3M stuff I get at a local vendor...Kind of hard to come by, but some specialty places carry it. Best thing to do is ask a local body shop where they get their supplies through...We get our supplies through Sherwin Williams centers.

Pinnacle stuff you can either get from Pinnaclewax.com- Pinnacle Car Care Products, Pinnacle Souveran Wax, Best Car Wax, Carnauba Car Wax or more from We Are Car Care -- Car Wax, Car Polish, Auto Detailing Supplies, Car Buffers & Car Accessories Store .

If you were local in the Minneapolis area I charge $25/hr...lol.

If you want something more for the paint...the Pinnacle Souveran Paste wax is amazing.
Here are two vehicles I did recently with Pinnacle products:

I should be able to get some Zymol wax and cleaners in a couple months...I'll let you know how that goes.
