so im swapping engines in my omni. going from stock t1 to a 87-88 t1 block. using ported swirl head. the head gasket was brand new and the head bolts also. do i need to replace them again? i mean they don't even have an hour of run time on them. feed back always appreciated:thumb:

reuse head bolts no prob, never reuse head gasket theres no way no how u can reuse the head gasket and expect it to live

Why not just locate another cylinder head and keep the old one together as a long block assembly? Just my 2¢.

the engine that im putting in doesn't have a cylinder head. the one in the car now is pretty fresh. why would i waste money buying another cylinder head?
