Crutchfield is your best source for accurate information. I believe they are maybe a 1 1/8 to 1 1/4 DIN height. Actual radio case height (the portion that slides into the cavity) is 3" I just measured a spare I have sitting here.
From what I’m seeing it’s Din and a half. Really unfortunate, unless I can do cutting or something to get it to work. I wanted a radio with a screen but I’m not sure if I can now.

I've done cuts for full DIN on a couple cars. I'm not completely sure on yours, but it seems that there is almost always a large amount of internal support plastic to remove. On the up-side, I've never seen it affect anything else like vents or controls.

Personally, I've been happy with the results on TD's I've done this on, but there are obviously going to be people here calling you a bunny murderer for cutting interior plastic.

How about one where the screen retracts when off, extends and stands upright when on. I am thinking about one of those for my 1986 F350 (it has a 1996 dash installed in it).

On my K27 convertible I have a nice AM/FM Cassette with a 4 disc remote CD changer underneath in the 1989 J body dash and console. It is an Infinity, and is running through a 2001 Sebring convertible 6 channel Infinity amp that has a top down equalizer mode.

I’ve been looking at the flip up discs. 90% of them are cheap crap.. which is what I was gonna buy anyways. I could do the floating screen in a single din too. I have to look. The cup holders are pullout and I don’t wanna cut into them if I can help it. Then again it might not affect it. No clue. Gotta do some measuring. 1.5 Dinn mights been cool back then but now.. it just makes my life difficult
