just put a drain pan under it and unbolt the pan, 90% of the fluid will come out that way once you get the valve body out.

I can't say for sure but I think you'd do more damage than good. You should either have the TC rebuilt or get a new one when rebuilding the tranny anyways.

Well where im at they like $450 to rebuild mines freaken crazy. do I get a ebay one.

Thinking maybe they can cut it open and buy the parts for it and have them weld it back.

I can't answer where to get one. I just hear they fill up with sludge and all the crap that's in your tranny and the only way to get them completely clean is to have them rebuilt or get a new one. I'm just diving into this Auto tranny stuff now. Just did the shift kit and accumulator delete. still need to mess around with the governor to get it to shift out of 1st at WOT. When I do my clutches I'll be swapping to a new or rebuilt convertor.
