The k-frame is the big k-shaped frame that everything under the front of the car is bolted to. Check ALL your motor mounts, all 4 swaybar bushings, control arm bushings, exhaust for clearance and excessive movement. Are the bolts on the bottom of the steering knuckles tight? If they're loose, the ball joints will make a hell of a racket. Spring "hat" nuts tight? If you park the car, put it in gear & rock it back & forth does it do it? If it does, it's probably that the front motor mount has come loose inside the bracket. Rattles'll drive ya nuts, won't they?
