My 87 daytona T2, out of nowhere stalled on me exactly as it would if I ran out of gas (just filled up)

The 1 and 2nd injectors spray an obsene ammount of fuel non stop, and the 3 and 4th don't spray a single drop.

The things I have tested and are perfect:
all electrical grounds
fuel pressure (53 psi)
injectors themselfs,
injector harness
both ecm and power modules
hull effect and distibutor

I seriously have no fricking clue what it could be except maybe the wiring harness itself?
:bang head oh, and no check engine codes.

Thank you in advance for all your help
Cris
Any ideas?

So did you check the injectors 3 and 4 by swapping wires?
You could also check the wiring by tapping into the ecu wiring harness and using a multimeter to check continuity between injector/ecu connectors..

I swapped the injector harness aroud backwars, so injectors 1 and 2 are now comanded by the 3 and 4th connectors, and the issue followed the harness. Tried different injector harnesses, different injectors, all with the exact same effect.

I checked the wiring between the ecu and injector connectors and thats all good. Still have to check the wiring between the logic module and the ecu and see if there's anything wrong there.

Put everything back as it belongs, clear the codes from memory(battery disconnect) and then crank the engine for 7-10 seconds and recheck fault codes.
What codes are present?
Do you have noid lights or a logic probe.
No injector pulse on 3/4 indicates you lost power or ground on those injectors, excessive fuel from 1/2 indicates the injector control circuit for those 2 injectors is grounded.
Actuate the ASD relay and check for power at all 4 injectors on the DG/BK wire.
Is power present at all 4 injectors on the DG/BK wire?
Verify no power is present on the ground side of the injectors with the ASD actuated.

so....took at look at the rear harness and found the problem :thumb:
the clips that hold the rear harness broke and the harness sagged down low enough to get melted by the turbo.
Problem solved! haha

Thanks for the help!!
