I'd probably say start at the relay. Here is a link to some diagnostic work you can do. Do you have spark and no fuel?

check your ASD relay as it controls power to your pump

just checked for spark and theirs none

the link that was posted is something you should try as it will give you a process of elimination

Turn the key on, if you here the fuel pump cycle on for 1 second the ASD circuit is fine.
Check for power at the + coil while cranking the engine.
If no power is present the problem is in the HEP circuit.
