So there is a local racetrack here called Langley Speedway in Hampton, Virginia that will allow you to race your car on Wednesday. It is called Wacky Wednesday. Pretty much you bring a car, a helmet, and $15 and you can do time attacks, grudge matches, and then a last person standing versus style race.
My friend in his 1985 Dodge Omni GLH decided to race me in my 1987 Shelby CSX.
My friend's Omni is a T1 log 2.2 with a grainger valve set at 9 PSI. I have the CSX with the T2 2.2 and the stage 2 Mopar Performance logic module.
All in all, it was pretty fun and I invite everyone to check it out. If you don't want to race it is $7 for the grandstands. They have food and allow you to bring any beverage of your choice as long as it isn't in a glass bottle. Come join the fun every Wednesday. More info:
