Anybody know if the '86 GLHS used the same airbox and mount as the TII Daytonas? I was planning on using the induction parts out of a '87 TII Daytona to finish off my GLHS semi-replica ( I have the correct intercooler/ radiator and lower intercooler hose)
Just wondering about the airbox and turbo-to-airbox hose.
Thanks, Todd

TODD I am 99% sure the GLHS uses a unique base (the part that attaches to the mounting bracket), and pretty sure the lid to the box is also unique.

i seem to recall some folks have modified the Daytona airbox base to work in an omni.

you gotta post pix of your completed setup sounds great.

Guess I'll have to take a look at somebody's GLHS and compare.
My car is surely not anything special...I'm actually piecing the combo together in a rusty GLH while my good ( Arizona) car is getting repainted. Once I get the et's where I need to be, the engine and systems will be installed in the other car and it's off to the (NHRA) races.
At least that's the plan.
Work seems to keep getting in the way. lol.
