not to many, if any, basically its a do it yourself with flanges from our vendors
K well who want to make me 1 or sale me one looking
i might make a turbo header for fun, dont seem to hard. all tubing and benders at school. Would do all SS but i cant find any SS flanges, only mild steal on FWD.P.. but id need to grab a stock turbo header/manifold to make a jig,, plus im not to sure on the tube size, maybe 1inch?
what kind of header you want ? tbi header is the quickest and easiest.

Yea let me know how it goes,i am looking for the omni build

I have a t2 omni so i am open to what ever log, tubular but want t3 with 38mm wastegate flange.do you build them or have 1 for sale?
so a standard t3 bolt pattern non chrysler correct ? did you want the wastegate flange on the turbine housing ? you would have to build your own downpipe though as i have no lbody chassis to mock it up on.

T3 external wastegate 38mm on side of collector, not turbine housing and i have no prob have the dp made, tell me more:thumb:
it would be taking a tbi exhaust manifold and cutting it weld a flange on for the turbo . then you have to relocate the oil drain back into the pan right at the flange where the pan bolts to the block.
thats actually pretty interesting, out of curiosity how much would one be to build for a 2.5 tona turbo

are you interested in a standard t3 pattern flange or chryco pattern ? using a factory style gate or external ? i will get pricing on flanges tomorrow and let you know. is this for a g/p/k body ? i have a gbody for mock up here.

i would run a t3 pattern with a Tial external wastegate, i was considering the idea as i still dont know if i want to port the hell out of the stock manifold or go custom header

forgot to mention its a G-Body
looks like about 150.00 to build it. ol blue what wastegate are you using? i have a tial and a synapse here for mock up.

The more expensive of material you use and coatings just adds to the length of life on a tube header. ALL TUBE HEADERS FAIL on a street maching with miles, I don't care who makes them. Guys that get $5000 for tube headers for turbo V8 kits say this. Cast or live with it.

I would buy a cast TU header from some one and machine the external WG pad and bolt it on.

RWD or a mini van a TBI header isn't too bad but it doesn't flow the volume of the TU unit. But then again I tested a tube header against the TU cast header and the TU made it look stupid.

People make massive power with internal WGs today and factory header. Is this using a custom turbo or RWD? The will it last question sounds like street machine?
Yes going to be building a monster omni, looking for 11's but i also will be drive it on the street so would need a goood header.looking to run custom turbo and tial 38mm external gate.
$150 is not bad at all, would that be the same for the stock setup

have you built one before
yes i run one on my DD. stock or external gate your choice. this style flange makes it easier to run a external gate via the turbine wastegate hole. not optimal but does work.

i can modify the pan as well that would be additional. price would be dependant on wether you wanted a windage tray and baffling also. if modifying the pan i will need a core as i have a limited supply here. this would bolt to the bottom of the turbo for the drain back

i like that header, now how does the turbo fit, is it tight to the firewall, and is there room for custom intercooler pipes, can you post pics of your engine bay with the header installed,

i am interested in this
