I got a 91 Daytona and the headlights come on then go off over and over. I change the dash out and still doing it. What can I do to stop this??? :bang head

If the connection to the dimmer is loose you need to tighten the connection.

Thanks guys... it turned out the harness has wore down causing it not to get good connections. I replaced the harness and it works great!!!

yes, check all wiring to earth in the front assemblies. Inside car unstall the switch(not dimmer) and check for hurted or burned wiring. On early models(my 86) lights are set up without relays. Thats to much for the headlight switch- i have set up external relay
