What kind motor do I have. IT came from a 87 t2 daytona. But it got a 5 bolt crank on the pully side and casting mark of 89. Do I have a cb motor then? The oil pan is different then my other short block. It got alot closer look to it like it was made just to fit barely. Do I have a better motor than I thought? The trans got a date of 86.

Easy way to tell a c.b. motor is the pre c.b. motors had a fuel block off plate next to the water pump. Also the water pump pulley will look different and the cam/intermediate pullies will be round on the teeth vs. the square tooth on the pre 89 motors.
