installing clutch pedels

putting clutch pedles in van / when slideing the long bolt back in going treaded end frist. it goes threw the clutch ped the white thing for the cable then back threw ped. then is there a spacer there before the main brakett then in to the brake pedle then out the main braket again/ i don,t have a spacer there look llike it will hit main brakett but i don,t have it tight yet. als
