You can tap it off the TB, or any vacuum source.
Installing Talon BOV
I'm installing a moded Talon BOV and have a question: Is their anything wrong with tapping off of the turbo side of the IC instead of the turbo itself for the pressure signal? It wouild be easy to drill and tap for a fitting. What do you think?

Maybe instead of tapping get a aluminum vacuum distribution block. and tapp of intake and feed off that! Those look gems in the engine bay.
It's a modified valve with two lines to connect; one should go to the compressor outlet nipple. That's the one I'm thinking of hooking to the IC inlet barb. I have the valve mounted forward of the rad support right at the IC inlet. The other line goes to a vaccuum source as you say.
