A while back I put a a520 in my 85 omni since my a525 blew up. Currently I am running unequal length axles, and am getting tired of torque steer. After using the search feature I've come to the conclusion that the 87-90 a520 or a555 intermediate shaft will work. I'm not worried about axles. There is lots of information on axles, so I know what I need to go with. I have not found a good enough answer about the intermediate shaft though, so I've decided to come out and ask. Thanks

Any intermediate shaft from 87 and up from ANY FWD dodge, other than minivan and L-body (omni and charger) will work.

You'll also need a 88-90 automatic omni driver size axle.

won't he need 2 1988-1990 automatic omni driver side axles?

I never seen any difference in length for the intermediate shaft between any of the cars or vans. seems everyone I've seen the int. shaft was the same length. Before I wrote this, I went to my garage and looked at a 1989 turbo van int. shaft and a 1986 turbo shelby charger shaft. they are both the same lenght but have different spline size and bearing mount.
