Finally beheaded my Tbi Reliant. The head surprised me it might be a Turbo spec head.

Exhaust valves are non magnetic and the chamber looks Turbo Shrouded.

No TS mark anywhere though.

Any opinions on this head?
Might make a good spare?

Update.

I compared a Turbo head to this one and the chamber is shrouding the valve. So it's not a Turbo head.

If you look above the intake valve you can see the difference.

I'm gonna use a carbide burr and replicate the Turbo chamber and deburr and sharp edges.

This head has 0 cracks, roller cam, didn't smoke and best of all no broken studs.

Both of the 86 Turbo heads have broken studs and ruined threads where the stud rotted out or oil pissed out with corrosion galore.

I'll probably practice porting on those or put them in long term storage.
