I don't know if this is the place for this thread so if it needs to be moved please do so. Thanks

Well it's that time of the season again and I just made my first trip of the year to the junk yard. I propose that we create a list of TD's that we have come across during our travels. Please post the state the junk yard is located.

Here's my list.

Taylor auto salvage.
Taylor Michigan

88 Lebaron Convertable T1
86 Lebaron T1

Stoney Creek Auto Salvage
Monroe Michigan

87 Daytona

Going out again next weekend so i'll be updating.

St Louis Pick a Part had a 90 Daytona ES (2.5 Turbo I). Was 5 spd but I got all that. Motor is locked up. Somebody robbed injectors and V/C but most everything else looked like it was there. Some decent body panels, interior is gone or bad. Also had an 86 Lebaron turbo/auto, that was pretty complete as far as I remember.
Daubenmire junk yard in logan oh had a complete minus tires and wheels rampage 2.2 prospector.

Damage to passanger fender and door.

In my recent searching for parts for my 84 Rampage I came across these vehicles. Someone near Smithton Pa needs to check out this Horizon in Flower's Auto Wreckers yard.

88 Horizon

Also found this set of Rampage triplets way out in the back part of a local junk yard in Craigsville WV. What I've gotten from them so far has been pretty cheap. I will be going back to get some window trim off of one of them. They have been picked over pretty good but if someone wants me to check on anything in particular I will be going back on April 16th so let me know and I will check.

RGL10,

When you go back to look at the Rampages, can you see if any of them have good weatherstripping that seals the door windows to the cab area? I believe it's called the roof side rail weatherstrip. I need both sides for my two Rampages.

Thanks,
Chuck
Indianapolis pic a part and pull a part both have a 90 Daytona Es
LKQ Pick a Part in Wichita Ks has a 94 Dodge Spirit.
Glad to see this post is still going...it's getting harder and harder to find parts for these cars. Keep it up guys!
U-Pull-It in Rogers Arkansas has:
83 Horizon
Rampage
86 Daytona TurboZ
89 LeBaron Convertible

Was there over the weekend, Daytona was pretty much picked clean and I didn't see the Caravelle there anymore.:frown2:

These cars are becoming more and more rare in the yards these days.
Putting some life back into this thread...
A Plymouth Starion (Conquest) showed up at the LKQ in Holland, MI a few weeks ago. Not sure how much is left. It still had the turbo. Looked like it had been sitting a long time. Plenty of rust and interior was rough. Had all 4 original rims, I believe. I was pretty excited, but it was a bit too rough for me.

Notice any 2.2 TII compatible cylinder blocks there?
I know a guy in Muir that has a big collection of turbo dodge stuff. Including T2 engines and blocks. Are you in MI?

I'm in florida now but I'm from Grand Rapids, which is where my Daytona Shelby Z is located. I've been thinking about rebuilding the engine in June when I'm up there. Muir, thats over by Ionia.
1989 Dodge Daytona Competition C/S in M-21 Auto Salvage, Lapeer, MI. Sitting on the ground (no wheels or tires). The left fender is gone and the driver’s door is warped and dented so much that it looks like an ocean wave. The driver’s window is broken as well. The rear fascia is missing the beltline trim piece and has a small hole in it, with a partially crushed portion directly behind the left rear wheel well. There is a big section of the side (skin and bones) cut out behind the passenger door, extending from about 1” behind the door to about halfway across the top of the wheel well flare, and from directly above same said wheel flare to about 2” below the top of the quarter glass. The right side portion of the rear wing is gone as well. Both mirrors are broken off, but are still hanging by the cables. The front fascia has a mild crack on the leading edge, but is easily repairable. The engine has also broken from its mounts, and is sitting on the ground. The roof and the hood have mild rust on them, but the rockers and the floorboards have massive holes in them. You can also forget salvaging anything from the hatch area – all broken and ruined from the weather. Most of the cockpit in the front, however, is likely salvageable. The yard guys said that even in its rough shape, they would hold on to the car, since it’s so rare.
